I travel around Brazil with my partner in a campervan. We want to come for 3-4 days, but we are looking for a guarded parking/garage. Is it available?

Do you have room with the beach/water view. Room in upper floor - quiet, very clean. We need safety deposit box and telephone. Also bottled water, coffee maker, slippers (2), bathrobes (2), hair dryer. Have room service (meals).

Great stay for NYE.

Close to the beach and all restaurants and nightlife. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. Special mention to Gisele at the front desk who was exceptional during my stay! She needs a raise!

Rooms are small and they should have a full length mirror in the rooms.

The room was not that nice, AC was too loud, internet connection was terrible in the rooms, and the bathroom was a bit small

I liked the location, the breakfast was very good, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room could use a mirror, apart from the one in the bathroom and a better kept shower (cleaning-wise).

I had a specific purpose, wich was having a place to stay for an exam I had. And this requirement was well met.

Safe and silent place.

the room was dirty and it lacked accessibility. As a tall person, having a shower was a little uncomfortable due to the shower curtain and the toilet seat is too close to the wall. The AC filter needed cleaning.

Excellent value for money, but definitely for the budget traveller.

The staff are phenomenal! The breakfast is acceptable for what you pay. The room is very basic and particularly nice to stay in, but that's what you expect from a budget hotel.

The rooms are dark, bed is small and not so comfortable.

Good location and breakfast. Good price too

Breakfast was good. Had abit of everything. Hot eggs. Sausages. Cous cous. Toast. Ham. Cheese. Orange juice. Coffeee. Cereals. Etc etc.

Hardly any staff spoke english. Google translate was there to help however

If you look for a genuine 3* hotel then this is not your place

Before I stayed there I mainly stayed in hostel dorms in Brazil so it was an upgrade for me but this is never ever a 3 star place. The location is good and very close to the beach and the metro. It is also safe there.

The wifi in the rooms is on off all the time. My single room as without a window and very shady and tiny. The staff does not speak English and they are not very welcoming or nice.

The hotel was clean and they serve a standard breakfast. Reception friendly and helpful although they don't speak English. They used Google translate which helped a lot. Excellent and save location. 5 min walk to the beach. The hotel is in a side street with little noise which was awesome I will stay there again when visiting Rio

First night i stayed in low cost room. IT WAS HORRIBLE. 0/10. DO NOT stay room numbers 100's. There were bugs, dirty, noisy, it was like nightmare! BUT i complained and they upgrated my room for free.(Thank you very much) 2nd 3th floor rooms are ok. Breakfast also good. workers kind and helpfull.If i give point for first night, it was 0, i gave 6 after they moved me to better room.
